I ordered the mortar. It was at least six weeks after I ordered it and had to ask where it was with minimal feedback. I’ve been asked multiple times what my order number was and given it to them with no follow up. They asked me for pictures and video of what they sent. It wasn’t unmarked box that looked like someone sent it from their own home with a 3-D printed mortar in it, no instructions no marking just a green tube, nothing like the false advertising they use on their website of what you will receive. I’ve sent almost 10 emails asking for help and a full refund with no harm no foul, just give me my money back and we will call it even and they are ignoring me now. Do not buy from them.TOTAL SCAM YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

I ordered two items and paid for expedited shipping to arrive within 4 days and it took over 2 months to arrive. I emailed Glocky about the problem and they got back with me saying it was a mistake on their end and that they did not expedite the order and simply said Mybad and never did anything about it or reimburse me for the expedited fee. After I received my items one was completely defective and had a lot of loose parts would not function properly. I emailed them and they asked for pictures and videos I immediately sent them the proof and they since then have ignored me. Absolute shit place to do business with and shit customer service from ((Clarissa)) I do NOT recommend them!
I ordered from another website and had a much better experience with them and my item is as advertised.

I can’t give her a review on the quality of the product because I simply haven’t received it. I ordered this so long ago that I don’t remember when it was off the top of my head. I’ve tried to check the tracking and all I can see is that it hasn’t left China yet. The website said 4–7 days for shipping. I’m just about ready to contact my credit card company and issue a claim for fraud. You can’t take people’s money (and plenty of it by the way) and leave them with nothing in return.
